A protein is predicted as being disordered throughout its length if the average value of the parameter over the protein is less than threshold. If the average value of the parameter over a protein is higher than threshold, the protein is searched for disordered regions.

A region is predicted as being disordered if the average value of the parameter over this region is less than threshold and the region is greater or equal in size to the reliable frame.
